What this is. The Show Day Call Sheet is the SM's minute-by-minute schedule for show day. Distributed to cast, crew, FOH, and the production team. Times below are EXAMPLE for a 7:30pm musical; adjust to your show.

1 · The crew + cast call (pre-show)

6 · Standing show-stop protocol

  1. SM calls "Hold the show" on cans.
  2. LX op brings lights to a safe state (working lights / house at half).
  3. Sound op cuts unauthorised audio.
  4. SM addresses audience: "Ladies and gentlemen, we're pausing the show briefly. Please remain seated."
  5. SM resolves issue with relevant department head.
  6. When safe: "Top of [scene]. Standby [cue]. GO."
  7. Show resumes from agreed restart point.
